Devastating Joplin tornado donations!

We are gathering things from our stockpiles for the victims of the devestating Tornado that hit Joplin, MO. And we are asking you all to do the same! Keri and I will accept donations that we will then take down ourselves (if we are able to I know they are limiting this) or we will find an organization that is headed that way! Anything that these people would need will be accepted, non perishable food, clothes, hygiene products. You can drop off donations at the Advance America on South Campbell until 8 pm today (May 23) just ask for Keri, or email us at couponinsistas@yahoo.com and we will give you another location to drop off donations on the Northside!

Springfield Victory Mission's thrift store, Vintory Vintage will hold a Customer Appreciation Day on June 3, 2011 (Friday), from 9am-7pm. Drop by the store at 824 W. Commercial St. for some great bargains and enjoy free hot dogs and popcorn with any purchase. Donate for Discounts will be in full swing - bring in 10 canned food items and get 50% off your entire purchase! We’ll also be accepting donations for our Back to School 2011! Great new program to help Military Families!

There is a new program here in Springfield to help Military families! Alot of you have probably heard that Military families overseas can use expired coupons but maybe you weren’t sure how to get them to them, or how to get started! Well there is now a solution! Just head over to the Hovey House 800 W. Hovey across from Weaver Elementary and take your expired coupons there! They send them to a Military base in Italy. All you have to do is put them in the mail box! How great is that! But it even gets better! You can also take the coupons you just don’t want and swap them! Can you say Awesome!!!!
